Nap time is pretty much hit or miss these days. I'm still being delusional and holding out hope that this is just a phase and that he starts regularly napping again like he did this exact same time last year - a month long strike against naps and then suddenly they were back.
What does our E do during nap time instead? He sings his heart away. Welcome to Ethan FM.

When he finally sings this song, I know nap time is over.
E (indignant): "I did not have a meltdown. Only ice cubes can melt down".
When discussing future vacation destinations.

M: No, because you only say nice things.
E: Um, maybe it's because you don't hear me. If you hear me then your feelings might get hurt.
M: Do you say mean things?
E: No, but you should still try to hear me.
What he wants to be when he grows up.
E: "Mommy so I can cook spirals ( what he calls the imitation crab pieces in udon) and waffles."

After four days (new shoots and growing like crazy!):
After a week and a half (it grew so fast I didn't have time to trim and use it up):
